What I do best is build deals in a non-conventional way. No subprime here, only deals that are reasonable but do not fit within the parameters of convention lenders. Call it creative financing if you need a slot. The only difference is that my lenders want to get paid. My roll is to ensure my lenders position but also make the best case available for my client. A win win...that is the goal.
